Where would I even be without my good pals at The Wall Cycling and Fitness Studio?! About two years ago, I started on a journey to enhance my physical health and, overall, feel stronger.
The Wall is a place where community comes first, and this inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly boutique fitness studio is all about uplifting every member in strength, focused on curating a professional and supportive environment wherein people of all levels can celebrate their body through joyful movement.
I personally love the “Spin and Sculpt” classes offered, which focus on cardio and strength, as well as the super fun “No Shower Happy Hour” events the gym hosts monthly.
