Happy Pisces Szn: AKA, We Have the Best Friends in the World + A Lovely Birthday Brunch Inspo

As many of you know, I and my husband Andrew are both PISCES! Our birthdays fall in late February and early March, respectively, making each of our Sun Signs the Pisces— or, the fun, dreamy, flirty fishes that the Zodiac culminates in (and thus, means we feel all the feelings as the Zodiac calendar year comes to a close).

A Pisces birthday brunch: catering ideas, decor inspo, games and more!

To kick off Pisces season, Andrew and I hosted a champagne and bagel brunch for our closest friends in Philadelphia in our Center City apartment. The morning kicked-off with DIY mimosas and champagne, as well as bagels, croissants, and other brunch-y pastry options catered by the lovely DiBruno Brother’s gourmet deli and bakery in Philadelphia.

For decor, we went “pretty in pink” with major Elle Woods inspiration, and featured a “photo spot” with cute props, champagne and pink-confetti filled balloons, and more!

For games, we played a game of boozy "heads-up” and charades, and our guests stayed all day long just to laugh, play games, have fun, and munch on brunch all the while.

This was the best way to kick-off the ultra-dreamy season that is Pisces season, and we certifiably have the best friends in the world.
